I’ve been working really hard on this challenge, and I’m excited to do it right alongside everyone. You’ll get a little daily e-mail from me, 2-3 self-care “action items” to try, and a little bit of science and research, too.
I’m calling it an exploration, because some aspects and focus words might resonate with you more than others. That’s OKAY. We’re all different. This is about exploring what makes us feel the most rejuvenated, refreshed, and alive.
I’m particularly excited for the mindfulness section, as well as the self-love section. I need to get that inner voice inside me to radiate positivity, instead of anger and doubt.
